The current Provincial Government of Bali continues to promote the protection and utilization program of processed Balinese local agricultural products and products as stipulated in the Bali Governor Regulation Number 99 Year 2018 governing the Marketing and Utilization of Bali's Agricultural, Fisheries and Local Industry Products. And as a concrete manifestation of the implementation of the policy, on Thursday 23 May 2019 at the Wiswasabha Room of the Bali Governor's Office, the Provincial Government of Bali through the Office of Food Crops, Horticulture and Plantations of the Province of Bali held the Initiation Partnership Implementation Program of the Bali Governor Regulation No. 99 of 2018. Bali Governor Wayan Koster in his speech said that this activity is a form of government commitment to improve the welfare of fishermen, ranchers and farmers of Bali because so far the policy process only focuses on the upstream while the downstream is not handled in a focused manner “Pemerintah berkomitmen untuk menfasilitasi antara petani, peternak, pengrajin dan nelayan dengan pelaku usaha selaku pengguna.
The Chairman of the DPD Aprindo Bali AA Ngurah Agung Agra Putra on the sidelines of the event expressed his appreciation and support for farmers and ranchers in Bali.
In the event of the initiation of the Bali Pergub Implementation Partnership No. 99 2018, a letter of support was also signed by several representatives of farmers, ranchers and artisans with several business representatives and business associations as users.
